SMS Terms

These terms apply to the Ceri Hoover text messaging program. By joining, you agree to them.

What the program is

Ceri Hoover sends recurring automated marketing text messages about new products, small-batch releases, restocks, events and offers to the phone number you provide.

How to join

You can join by entering your phone number and submitting one of our sign-up forms, by opting in at checkout, or by texting a keyword to 855-330-6867. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ceri Hoover does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check with your carrier about your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again.

Order and shipping notifications

Transactional messages about your order — confirmation, shipping and delivery updates — are separate from this marketing program. Cancelling marketing texts does not cancel order notifications, and receiving order notifications does not enrol you in marketing texts.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the phone number you provide. The program is available to recipients in the United States and Canada.

Privacy

Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
