This policy describes what personal information cerihoover.com collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
WHO WE ARE
This site is operated by Cooper Grey, LLC, which does business as Ceri Hoover and MYKORT. Our mailing address is 2187 Hillsboro Rd, Ste 202, Franklin, TN 37069, United States. For anything in this policy, including a request about your own data, email shop@cerihoover.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the details of what you bought. Payment card numbers go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store the full number.
When you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and the page or form you signed up through.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages and products you viewed. This comes from cookies, log files, and pixels.
COOKIES AND TRACKING WE ACTUALLY USE
Shopify hosts our store and sets cookies needed to run it, including keeping your cart and your session. Those cannot be turned off without breaking checkout.
Beyond that, the site uses:

| KLAVIYO | Sends our email and records whether you opened or clicked it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. |
| META | Facebook and Instagram shopping, and advertising. Manage it in your Facebook ad settings. |
| GOOGLE & YOUTUBE | Product listings and advertising. Manage it in your Google Ad Center. |
| Product pins and advertising. Manage it in your Pinterest privacy settings. |
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at once through the DAA opt-out portal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to stop sharing your browsing data for advertising.
EMAIL, AND NOT TEXT MESSAGES
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it, and we send order and shipping notifications to anyone who buys. We do not currently send marketing text messages, and we do not sell or rent your email address to anyone. If we start texting, we will ask for your phone number and your consent separately first, and update this policy before we do.
WHY WE USE IT
To fulfill and ship your order, take payment, answer your questions, handle returns, screen for fraud, understand how the site is used, and send you email if you asked for it.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only the services that make the business run: Shopify for the store and checkout, our payment processor, our shipping carriers, Klaviyo for email, and the analytics and advertising services listed above. Each uses your information to do its job for us and is bound by its own privacy terms. We also share information when the law requires it, such as a subpoena or a lawful request. We do not sell your personal information for money.
YOUR RIGHTS, WHEREVER YOU LIVE
We extend the same rights to every customer rather than only those covered by a particular law. You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. You can also ask us to stop sharing your browsing data with advertising services.
Email shop@cerihoover.com with your request and the email address you used to order. We respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
We are based in the United States and our service providers store data here. If you order from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred here. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area also have the right to object to our processing and to complain to their local data protection authority; we process your information to perform our contract with you and to pursue the legitimate business interests described above.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records stay in our Shopify account as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Email subscribers stay in Klaviyo until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. You can ask us to delete either at any time, except where we are required to keep a transaction record.
SECURITY AND CHILDREN
The site runs over an encrypted connection and payments are processed to PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
