To capture the heart of any fashion collection takes dedication and pointed direction. This clarity of vision is integral in the creative process at the Ceri Hoover design studio. For the FW15 image shoot we teamed up with like-minded Nashville-based photographer Brett Warren. Brett and Ceri scouted many locations to find the perfect space to complement the elegance that defines this season’s bags.

Sherrick & Paul Gallery opened last fall in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood to showcase world-class visual art. Director Susan Sherrick has an impressive pedigree that includes time at Harvard as well as influential galleries in New York, San Francisco, and New Orleans. Her curation has helped solidify the place and importance of visual arts in the city.

The following pictures are outtakes from this season’s image shoot at Sherrick & Paul. Model Salome Steinmann is very at home in Susan’s gallery wearing custom made clothing designed by Ceri and Ashley Balding of Ona Rex. The space has incredible natural light that highlights the clarity and detail in pieces shown there. The stark white walls that are most often the backdrop for works by artists like Vivian Maier, William Eggleston, and Rinko Kawauchi were the perfect canvas for the colors in the FW15 collection.
